100 Day Returns Policy

When shopping online it is impossible to feel, try on or even see the product you are buying. We do not want to buy a pig in a poke and believe that you do not either. That is why our customers have the right to exchange their product for example to another size or color. They can also return the product and be refunded to the full amount of the transaction.

The European Union Consumer Protection Policy guarantees the consumer a 14 day period in e-commerce during which the consumer can inform the retailer of his/her intention to return or change the product(s). According to the policy the consumer must notify of the return/exchange within 14 days from the day he/she has received the product. The consumer is not obligated to give reasons for the return. After that the customer has 100 days to actually send the package to us. The products must be unused, resellable and in their original packaging. Naturally you are entitled to try on the product indoors, but for example shoes that have been through a walk outside are not returnable.

When returning/exchanging send back the product in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging, including all labels and instructions of use. You also need to include a Return, Exchange and Warranty Issue Sheet. Please contact us: sales@scandinavianoutdoor.com if you have questions. The customer pays for the shipping of the return/exchange package in international returns. From inside Finland return packages can be sent to us for free.

We strive to improve our service based on customer feedback and appreciate all comments on the reasons behind the returns/exchanges.

If you want to exchange a delivered product to another size, colour or altogether a different product, return the product and make a new order for the product you wish.

What to do:

  • - Inform us by email: sales@scandinavianoutdoor.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • - Pack the products properly and enclose information on how you wish for us to act. In other words tell us who is returning/exchanging and what. Here you can find our Return, Exchange and Warranty Issue Sheet (NB! Opens in a new tab as .pdf file!).
