This store is based in Finland and, therefore within the EU e-commerce. All orders are shipped from Finland.

 

About deliveries to the UK

We currently accept orders to the UK for purchases totalling £140 and above. All parcels are shipped from Finland as international orders, with product prices displayed exclusive of VAT. Upon arrival in the UK, the recipient will be responsible for settling the local VAT, as well as any applicable taxes, duties, and fees, as per our policy. 

These payments typically include VAT (at a standard rate of 20% in the UK), customs duty (which varies based on the items ordered), and a clearance fee (approximately £12).

Please note that in the event of a refusal to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which amount to 50€.

Where is my order?

It is an unfortunate fact that hiccups do sometimes happen somewhere along the logistic chain. If it feels like you’ve been waiting for your order for quite a while, please check your order confirmation first for the delivery times of each item. Items ordered from the manufacturer/importer take longer to arrive than stock items. During peak times (e.g., Christmas) our packaging lines work from dawn to dusk, but sometimes backlogs are unavoidable.

It's wise not to leave things to the last minute: place your order well ahead of the trip of your lifetime. If you haven’t received an order confirmation into your inbox, an error has occurred during payment, or there is a typo in your email address - please get in touch with our customer service team, and we’ll sort it out for you.
