We offer fixed delivery rates.

For our EU customers, we provide free delivery on orders over 200€ with UPS standard.
For deliveries to Sweden, enjoy free shipping on orders over 139€ with PostNord.

VAT, taxes and duties

This store is based in Finland, therefore within the EU e-commerce. When you are browsing the store, please select the country to where your order is to be delivered. When you select country of delivery, Finnish VAT will automatically apply to any country within the EU. As well, Finnish VAT will automatically be deducted for any non-EU country.
The VAT-correction of prices applies automatically to every price in the store once you've selected "delivery country."
For most products the Finnish VAT is 24%. Exceptions: for food products 14% and for books 10%.

On all international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes, and other fees. Please contact your local Customs office for information on duties and taxes.

Deliveries to the UK

As you prepare to place your order, we want to ensure full transparency regarding the additional fees associated with shipping to the UK.

We currently accept orders to the UK for purchases totalling £140 and above. All parcels are shipped from Finland as international orders, with product prices displayed exclusive of VAT. Upon arrival in the UK, the recipient will be responsible for settling the local VAT, as well as any applicable taxes, duties, and fees as per our policy.

These payments typically include VAT (at a standard rate of 20% in the UK), customs duty (which varies based on the items ordered), and a clearance fee (approximately £12).

Please note that in the event of a refusal to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which amount to 50€.

Deliveries to Norway

We are VOEC registered since September 1st 2021. This means that when ordering from our website to Norway all prices include the Norwegian VAT 25%.

For orders including products under NOK 3000 (vat 0%), we deliver with the local vat of included 25%. Currently it is impossible to order products valued over 3000 NOK.
