This small knife is packed with wood carving prowess! Also suitable for small game skinning, the UHC Karhunkynsi uses Roselli’s Wootz Ultra High Carbon steel for excellent blade properties. Its simplistic handle allows for a multitude of grips, making detailed work easy. The new Wootz blades can keep their sharpness far better than traditional knife steels. Blade length: 60 mm Total length: 165 mm Handle: heat treated and linen oil treated birch Leather sheath included Wootz UHC blade: hardness 66 - 68 HRC, tensile strength approx 2500N/mm2, carbon content 1.8% Karhunkynsi means bear’s claw. Handles made of synthetic materials always look the same, but wood handles each have a unique grain pattern - this means the knife you receive will not match the product image 100%.
